SARL Ozil Fitness, a company created in 2022, is registered with the Chamber of Trades under SIRET number: 92104922700017.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS

By express agreement between the parties, the mere fact of placing an order with us and accepting a delivery implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.

2. PRICE

Our product prices are subject to change without notice. VAT is 5.5%, except for certain products at 19.6%. Only orders delivered outside France or to an agent approved by the customs administration can be invoiced excluding taxes.

The company reserves the right to modify its product range and packaging without prior notice.

3. METHOD OF TRANSPORT & DELIVERY TIMES

Our prices are always quoted ex-works. A free delivery price can be established and agreed upon upon request.

The customer is deemed to have given Ozil Fitness the mandate to choose the means of transport, in the absence of express stipulation on this subject in his order.

Under French law, the goods sold travel at the buyer's risk, regardless of the mode of transport or the carrier's payment terms. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the packages (as well as the contents, even if the box is in good condition, bursting of the jars, etc.) and to make any reservations with the carrier or the post office.

Delivery times: minimum 8 days and maximum 3 weeks for distributor and reseller orders (custom work: depending on the availability of raw materials).

Payment by check: We will process your order upon receipt of payment for orders under 50 euros (inclusive). For orders by check of a higher amount, we will process your order as soon as payment is received.

4. BUYER'S OBLIGATION

Upon delivery, all products sold under the OCN brand must be checked by the buyer; complaints regarding the quality of the products must be made within 8 days.

Custom-made products: all products sold under another brand must be checked by the buyer, complaints regarding product quality must be made within 3 days, labeling is your responsibility. The technical data sheet of the product provided by us indicates average values ​​based on the raw materials used and would in no way engage the responsibility of SARL OZIL FITNESS.

In the case of sale of products abroad not authorized in France, the reseller undertakes to comply with the regulations in force in the destination country.

OCN cannot be held responsible for products due to improper storage (humidity, excess heat, etc.).

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT TERMS (WHOLESALERS AND RESELLERS)

Any order must be confirmed in writing (fax or mail).

Any first order must be accompanied by a bank identity statement and a K BIS less than three months old, and will be payable upon placing the order, no shipment to a new customer will be made without prior payment.

6. METHOD OF PAYMENT

All orders can be paid by: bank or postal check, credit card, cash, cash on delivery. The check must be included with the order.

Payment by check: We will process your order upon receipt of payment for orders under 50 euros (inclusive). For orders by check of a higher amount, we will process your order as soon as payment is received.

For all payments: Ozil Fitness reserves the right to withdraw its deliveries if you fail to meet the payment deadline. Payment method for all custom work: 50% upon order, 50% upon shipment.

7. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

By express agreement, we reserve ownership of the goods supplied until the last day of their full payment in accordance with the terms of law N 80.335 of May 12, 1980.

8. PENALTY CLAUSE

Any delay in effect or delay in payment of a single invoice, any sum not paid on the due date may, upon simple formal notice, result in the immediate payment of all sums, even those not yet due, which are due.

Regardless of the place or method of payment, Ozil Fitness reserves the right to choose the court of jurisdiction.
