L'incontournable

Our answers to your questions

To optimize recovery and muscle development, you need to ensure you have protein intake throughout the day (approximately every 4 hours). Therefore, if you cannot or do not want to eat a "traditional" meal, it may be wise to take protein powder. In addition, a protein intake after your workout helps promote recovery and muscle building. So, taking an OCN Nutrition protein shake after your workout promotes your muscle growth.

No, protein supplements are not essential for bodybuilding or other athletic activities. However, protein is essential for muscle building. OCN Nutrition protein powders are useful for facilitating protein intake throughout the day. Whether it's in the morning for breakfast, as a snack, or after a workout, protein powders are designed to make your life easier.

Any of our proteins may be suitable for you. The choice between each is personal, depending on your goals, your tastes, and your budget.

- 100% Whey comes only from milk, less filtered, therefore more raw and more affordable.
- Suprem Force 7 is a very complete protein complex, allows a varied protein intake, is enriched with Collagen, Glutamine, BCAA, has a thicker consistency.
-Iso Whey Light is a mixture of milk protein sources with different assimilation times, is ultra-filtered and therefore rich in protein, and is enriched with Glutamine.
- Mixe Whey is a blend of plant and animal proteins to vary protein intake, and is affordable thanks to minimally processed products and products that are not subject to inflation.
- Night Pro is a milk casein blend providing prolonged protein intake.

It's up to you to make your choice.

Creatine monohydrate is one of the most researched and safest supplements available. However, always be sure to use a reliable source of creatine monohydrate, such as OCN Nutrition. It can improve strength, power, and performance during short, intense workouts. Because of its powerful effects, it was long considered a supplement and therefore banned. However, given its overall benefits, creatine quickly became legal.

Yes, most supplements are suitable for both sexes. However, nutrient needs may vary depending on weight, height, physical activity, and goals. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before taking supplements.
