In accordance with Article L.121-16 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 30 working days from the date of delivery to return the ordered product in order to obtain a refund. The product must be returned in its original packaging, intact, and accompanied by all original accessories. Ozil Fitness reserves the right to refuse the return of the product if it turns out that it has been used.
